The Best of Shop Splash's Australian Designers
In beautiful Australia, the weather is almost always warm and the coast is always calling. Here at Shop Splash, we have a plethora of talented Australian designers, such as Finders Keepers, Alice McCall, Sir the Label, and C/MEO Collective. In this post, we’re going to showcase some of their best designs.
From Finders Keepers, let’s start with the stunning Balance dress in a delicate wheat color. This fully-lined mini hits all the sweet notes: it has an exposed skirt and waist seams, it’s got a fit and flare shape, and its triangular, high neckline is darling.
The Patience wrap dress in navy is another winner from this label. Covered in a starry pattern throughout, this lined dress is made of a gentle material that moves with your body. The garment includes a tie closure at the waist, an adorable ruffled hem, tiered frills, and cold shoulder sleeves. It’s also got a moderate V-cut. This dress is perfect for hitting the town!
On to Alice McCall, who made a runway-worthy design with her Ocean Drive Amber dress. This lacy number feels like a luxurious throwback. Part lingerie, part LBD, The Feeling dress will give you a feeling of power and beauty! McCall’s lacy creation has side slits, sheer lacy inserts, and a tonal leopard print throughout. You have to be daring to wear a slip as a dress, but with its structured shape and sexy silhouette, you won’t mind.
Sir the Label is another Australian designer we love here at Shop Splash. Their Rosa wrap dress II in a delicate icy blue is a nod to returning ‘90s fashion. This dress, although it looks like it’s made of a fancy fabric, is just linen. Inner lining keeps it from looking too sheer, and front fabric wrapping adds another element to this simple spaghetti-strapped wonder.
If you’re looking for a reliable leather jacket, look no further than Sir the Label’s Zeplin Tonal Ink jacket. Boasting silver edging, this jacket also has ink paneling and a boxy frame. You’ll want to wear it with everything!
Our last designer we’re featuring is C/MEO Collective, the creators of the amazing Two Can Win dress in a stunning fiery red. The best part of this dress is the silver metal rings running down both sides of the front. With the textured, mid-weight fabric, this dress has shape. Its V-cuts in the front and back also add to the appeal.
Last but certainly not least is the Sweet Devotion dress, also by C/MEO. This may just become your favorite LBD, and we certainly couldn’t blame you! This one-shouldered beauty has fabric ties and huge ruffles along the asymmetrical hemline. It’s meant to have a relaxed, slouchy fit, letting the ruffles be the star.
