WE DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS. WE OFFER MERCHANDISE CREDIT ONLY.
Unworn or unwashed merchandise can be returned or exchanged within 14 days of the original order delivery and must be accompanied with original tags. Items returned or exchanged must be received in brand new condition, with original tags attached.
We provide return labels for orders over $250; orders less than $250 will have the return label cost deducted from their credit. We do not offer return labels for international orders. International returns must be done at your own expense

HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM
Visit our returns center and enter your order number and email address and select which items from your order you wish to return or exchange. Your return request will be approved within one business day and you will be emailed a return label. Print the provided return label and drop off your package at UPS. Once your order is received, we will issue your store credit within 3 business days.
If you need to cancel or make any changes to your order, please email us at email@example.com. We would be happy to cancel your order if it has not shipped out! Once an order has shipped, we cannot make any cancellations, or changes. We are not responsible for incorrect shipping addresses, or items lost or damaged during shipping. You will not be refunded for any circumstances above.
Gift Cards (store credit) cannot be returned, refunded, exchanged or redeemed for cash.
