Changed your mind? We’ll gladly accept unworn, As New merchandise purchased on ShopSplash.com for return or exchange within 14 days from the date you received your order.
Simply fill out the Returns & Exchange Form and send back your item(s) with the correct size and/or color of the new item you wish to exchange and our warehouse will take care of the rest.
In the unfortunate event that the item you are looking for is no longer in stock will will notify you via email and issue you a personalize store credit code to use in-store or online.
ALL RETURNS ARE ELIGIBLE FOR MERCHANDISE CREDIT ONLY.
RETURN LABELS ARE PROVIDED ONLY FOR ORDERS OVER $250.
Simply fill out the Returns & Exchange Form and include it in your return package.
Once your return is received, our warehouse will contact you via email to confirm your store credit amount and code. This credit can be use in-store or online.
Please note your store credit does not expire and will be available at any time.
Please make sure your items are returned new, unused and with all Shop Splash and designer garment tags still attached. All footwear must be in its original shoebox, and swimwear & bodysuits must have the hygiene liners intact. Gift cards are non-returnable and non-refundable.
Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer.
Late Returns: Your purchase should be sent back to us within the 14 days of receiving your order. Returns outside of this period are accepted at the discretion of Shop Splash.
International Refusal of Import Duties & Taxes: Please keep in mind that if you reject the delivery of a package due to import duties and taxes owed, you will be issued a store credit. NO EXCEPTIONS.
Shop Splash does not issue refunds.
Please note that the delivery date is an estimated shipping date. We are unable to guarantee delivery dates for pre-order items due to unforeseen delays by the manufacturers. Please know that we cannot control the dates that are given to us by the manufacturers.
Pre-order items are sold on a first come first serve basis. We will charge your card for the full amount when the order is placed. We will accept cancellations on preorder items if the order has not shipped. If for some reason we cannot fill your order we will issue a full refund.

You will receive a notification email(s) when your order is ready at the selected store(s). Remember to wait for this notification before heading to the store or call us for the status of your order!
*Orders placed for overnight and 2-Day service before 12:00 PM EST will ship out the same day - excluding holidays and weekends-. Orders placed after 12:00 PM EST. will ship out the following business day.
Please Note: We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays; Some orders may take up to 24-48 hours to process if additional information is needed from you. A follow-up email will be sent in those cases.

All international orders will be charged a flat rate of $35.00 USD. Duties and taxes assessed by customs are the responsibility of the customer. If a package is returned due to non-payment of these duties and taxes, you will be issued a store credit for your order (minus shipping fee).
Orders are generally received within 2-7 business days from the ship date, depending on location. If you need an item by a certain date, you may email us or call and we can tell you the earliest day your package will arrive.
